I’m on vacation now! Sadly this means I had to do this hella early AND ON A TREADMILL. So it was kinda nice cuz the 400s were consistent! But I think I let the recovery ones be slower than I would’ve if I was on a track. But also I think it was a pretty good pace so maybe not😂 anyways I do not have splits due to using the treadmill but I’m happy to finally get a good run in this week. My hips still hurts but I think it was more manageable today.
