WU, 2k, 4x400, 2x220, strides, CD. It was pouring for the first 10 minutes and then we were all soaked for the whole workout lol. While it was pouring we all sang "Into the thick of it" and then "breaking free". Jenna ran into another pole. Workout went really well actually, had fun running on our course.
