warm up + 3x1500 + 5x300 + strides + duck cool down. I'm ngl I didn't like this workout during track but now that its xc season this is the closest thing to track and I love this workout. Mahesh said I just enjoy reminding people I used to run the 800. I was sad when he sad used to tho. RIPP. OH also love when teammates tell you to slow down on intervals tho<3
