Notes
During the first part of long run Natalie and I sang her beautifully crafted Christmas carol parady. We had to give other Rachael the background on the song first but it made me chuckle. The second half of the run I ran with Alexis and Nikki and it was a pretty solid run. I think long run is getting easier for me (knock on wood) cuz usually I suffer during long run but it is tolerable now hehe.
