Sooooo I had to switch my Sunday easy run and long run because I was bamboozled. STORY TIME. Im in Tennessee and staying with my aunt. So she lives legit in the mountains but she told me there was a path I could run on...turns out this path was just a 1/2 mile loop up and down the mountain....I ran a mile and had like a mental break down cuz there was no way I could do 10 miles up and down the mountain. So I did 4 instead and switched long run. My mom is taking me to a forest preserve to do it that will hopefully have a better loop.
