Notes

I did 4x30 second pick ups and then 4x60 seconds pick ups, although I couldn’t go very fast today and my splits were inconsistent. But that’s ok it was still a decent run . Natalie and I did this MUCH faster last week hehe she kicks my booty. I miss her even though I saw her last night. I miss Allie too.
