That race was so painful but season PR and 18th overall yeet! The course changed last minute because of rain wrecking the course so we ran on limestone pretty much the whole time. I wish I would have worn flats because wearing 3/4 spikes on limestone really hurt my hip. Hip usually doesn't bother me too much during racing but it was v painful for this.
