An easy 6.6 miles on the trails at Yellow River Park this morning while Payton was running with her team-mates. Felt good, although hard at certain times, and easy at others. This is the furthest distance I have gone since coming back from the injury so I am happy :)
The strangest thing though, when I got back home - everywhere I went in the house stunk! Strange.....
