A nice easy pace 5.2 miles with the group at the Fleet Feet Tuesday Night Running Group. It is always a lot of fun to run with the group. Tonight's little foursome was Rob, who is less than 2 weeks from just another half marathon, Lynn who just completed a 70.3, and is just a couple weeks from her Ironman, and Colin who is just a few days away from his third marathon...... Yes, I keep company with rock-stars!
Glad they took it easy for me :)
