Notes
Great evening 4 mile run. I went back to bed this morning when I got up to rain and 49 degrees. I will gladly run in 10 degree weather, rain, snow, or pretty much anything the weather will dish me, but this morning I just didn't feel like dealing with a mixture of cold with cold rain at 5 am.
Of course I got stuck at work a little later this evening so I am quite hungry but I still kept my promise to myself and got out for my 4 miler. It was still 49 degrees and damp but it wasn't raining anymore. The run felt great and the pace was awesome. Didn't feel tired even though I didn't feel like running before I stepped out the door.
