Notes
I went out for a 1 mile run and decided a little bit into it that it had been long enough and was going to take it up to 2 miles. I was on the same first portion of my 2 mile run so just decided to do that one instead. My legs felt good and so did my feet/heels. I was kinda observant to make sure it didn't cause any pain. It was 96% humidity and a full moon.
