MyTach is still acting up so I didn't get intervals.
This was Payton's longest run yet - 3 miles! She didn't really want to go, but she needed to and I know she felt a great sense of accomplishment once she was done. I am very proud of her.
This was my second run of the day, following 9 mile run and mowing the lawn.
