Very good long 9 mile run. It was my first long run in three weeks so I took it a little easy to make sure I could make the distance. The last long run I crashed and burned.
I ran the big circle backwards this time, and added a short trip into a neighborhood I had never gone in before. It was straight downhill on the way in which meant it was straight uphill on the way out.
Great run, felt good throughout.... even my ankle!
