Hill repeat today. Ran a really easy 2 mile warm up and finished at the bottom of the steepest hill near my house. It is not really long at just under .1, but very steep.
I ran 4 repeats with cooldowns for a total of 1.3 miles. The splits were :53, :51, :50, and then I must not have hit the lap button right the last time because the watch kept counting. I had about 2 min cool downs in between.
I finished off the run with a 1.2 mile cool down for a total of 4.5 miles.
