Tough run. After spending 9 hours in the nearly 100 degrees and sun yesterday with my son at Six Flags I knew today would be difficult.
I didn't get out the door till well after the sun had a chance to get hot. Starting temps 84 and humid, finishing temps 86 and humid.
I got to the 3 mile mark and was feeling the effects of the sun and heat. I was feeling it so bad that I took a few walk breaks heading up the hills during mile 4 as you can see in my splits.
