A very difficult 4 miles - waited a bit because I wasn't sure if my running buddy would show up or not. This put me out a little late, but I still got out.
I really didn't feel like getting up this morning and much less feel like running. I wanted to quit every 1/2 mile. I am sure that was because of the lack of good sleep and horrible eating over the weekend. We spent the weekend camping and going to the beach on Jekyll Island, GA.
