Ran 3 miles on an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, I will be writing about it more on my blog in the next few days but this is the quick rundown.
Started walking .5 miles then ran the first mile at a 9 minute mile with 60 to 50% of my weight. I then kicked it down to an 8 minute mile half way through the second mile and tan that up until the last 1/2 mile when I slowed it down as I kicked the Anti-Gravity slowly back up to 90%.
