Another 3.1 miles. This was only the second time I have run since the unfortunate "plugging in" episode with my foot and an electrical plug. It didn't hurt as bad this time as it did the first, but it was still noticeable as the run progressed. I hope there is no long term issues with this given it was a puncture to my arch.
The run started with mist and it continued till the last half mile when it turned to a full, yet light, rain.
