Notes
A 6:30 am muggy Sunday morning run with my two daughters, Ashlee and Payton. We ran to the high school and back which is 5.1 miles. Our pace for the first 5.1 miles was a 9:12 pace. We dropped off Ashlee at home and Payton and I went another 1.2 miles with a couple hills.
Good run, feet and legs felt great.
