Ran the 2.5 mile loop at the running club with my son Brady. My watch was dead because it got turned on in my bag some time during the day so we just ran and didn't worry about the time. It was hot and humid and he needed to walk a couple times and so we did - no worries. I am just really glad he came and ran with me.
