Very nice 10 mile run this morning. Stayed very consistent with the miles, and a negative split to boot! As you can see I was ready to get home in that last mile!
Took a new route, made it up as I went along. (for my use Flowers Crossing - Moon - Web Ginn - Tree Lane - Ronald Reagan - Scenic Hwy - Dogwood - Five Forks - Moon - Deron - Haverhill - Flowers Crossing = 10 miles)
Felt good throughout, but last couple miles really wore me out.
Ran in my old shoes, hopefully for one of the last times.
Started at 61 degrees and 90% humidity, and ended at 70 degrees and 69% humidity.
