With 7 miles on the schedule this morning and knowing that I will be running 5 with the running group this after noon, I decided to get out and run a couple miles this morning.
When I walked out the door the weather said cloudy and 76 with 93% humidity, with a forecast of thunderstorms starting at 1:00 this afternoon...... no chance of rain right now. I got about a minute into my run and it started to sprinkle.... by the time I was at a mile it was a full on heavy rain which lasted the rest of the way.
