With almost a month of no running whatsoever this mile was difficult. Instead of trying every week and ending up hurt again after just 1/2 mile I have taken an entire month off. I was getting ready to head to the doctor this week, but decided I better give it at test and see when/if/where it hurt so I could explain it best.
I went out for a mile. I took it really easy and stretch well before and after. I didn't feel any pain luckily, however my chest was talking to me. Will see how my leg feels over the next couple days, and give it another go.
