Easy pace, but not so easy 5k run this morning. It was cold, but not too bad at 27 degrees, but I just had trouble getting into it and feeling great. I didn't look at the watch at all and ran solely on feel. It may be because of some of the stresses on my mind from the past couple days and the days ahead. This time of year is always stressful for me and there are added stresses this year.
