It was cold and windy so what more could you ask for than a trail run. Ran 8 miles on the technical trails along the Yellow River in the Yellow River Park in Stone Mountain. Great run. Took it really easy since it was hard to see the ground with all the leaves and pine needles on the trail. It had been a while since I had been there and I didn't remember where all the tiny "trip you ups" were at.
