Light rain started just as I was heading out the door for my 3 mile easy progressive run. A little later than normal because I dropped my girls off at school at 5:30 this morning so they could run before school since they are leaving mid-day with their team to head to Disney to run Saturday in a meet.
The run went great and I felt great - the light rain felt awesome.... not enough to get really wet, but just enough to feel good.
About 2 miles into my run I was headed back into the neighborhood and passed the All State Top Runner on our Boys HS XC & Track Teams........ OK, I ran past him going the other way..... I didn't PASS him :)
Did I mention that I get to go with the track team to Disney? I get to go watch my daughters run in the Disney Track Meet..... very cool :)
