Notes
Good longer run this morning with Ashlee, the first time she ran 7 miles. Payton and a friend also started out with us and the two of them started leaving us a bit about 2 miles into it. They were running 8 miles (Payton's first).
After finishing 7 with Ashlee I turned around to go find the other two girls, they were only about a 1/4 mile behind us.
