Felt better as the workout went on, though the first few were real tough. Felt great afterwards! Warmed up for just over two miles, then 4 x miles at tempo pace with a mile or so (7:00-10:00) in between. Ran with Dan and Carl. Ran 5:45, 5:38, 5:48, 5:38 or so (first and last are exact miles; middle two are guesses). Mile cool down. Shins were decent. I'm feeling fitter.
