AM-8miles on Bridge Loop+, gave a yell out to Glenn and Marshall on the blvdPM-4miles 'Farm Run' back home in Gallipolis Ferry, WV while visiting family. My uncle/aunt made their first trip back in since moving to Nashville 15months ago. He won a 5K in Gallipolis, Ohio early this morning as he is back into building up for a future half marathon and marathon. He is nearing 50 but looks about mid 30s, so he still has a shot at bettering his PR of 2:56 which he ran at the age of 45 or 46...he has only ran 1 marathon since and was PR fit but caught a bad day. Good to see him..I'm planning a race in Nashville at some point over the next couple years!
