Christmas Eve morning run with Marshall, Dave Caldwell, and Brad Kohler. Marian was there as well but I made sure she kept things at recovery effort and garmin free(she is on pae for 80-85miles of solid running this week already). Really enjoyable run with good friends lot's of great talk. Not sure if my parents have internet so might not be on strands again until Saturday night/ Sunday so wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!!
