Notes

Thetford Fartlek. 4x1-2-3min with equal recovery. Point was to hammer first minute to get used to going out hard in races. Felt good for the first 2 sets, but blew up during the 3rd. Bleday and Will were probably running 4:40 pace--probably why I felt like shit. Ran the last rep with Rex though and we got rolling pretty good.
