Notes
Had a good run today! I felt good the whole way and even better the last mile and picked up the pace a bit. Breathing seems to be working well with the 2-2. Legs felt the best they have during a run so far. Weather was nice, a little humid and cloudy.
Meals: Dinner: Peppers, Onion, Mushroom 2 egg Omelet, 2 Piece Toast, Ice cream dessert
Breakfast: Cheerios, 1/2 cup coffee, Swig of juice
