Easy 3 mile run
I felt good the whole time. Worked on my breathing some. Legs felt tired around mile 2 or so, I'm guessing because I ran my first moderate run of 4 miles yesterday. Other than that I felt good! Weather was a beautiful sunny 70 degrees
Meals: Dinner: Mac and Cheese, Peas, Piece of Pizza
Breakfast: Coffee (.5 cup), Juice, Cereal
