Notes
1st Race since indoor confernce today. Super nervous and not sure what to expect at first. Got out REALLY FAST went 6:05 for the mile which doesnt sound fast but considering my fastest mile since I got back is 6:24 thats way too fast. I knew I was out fast when I saw Derrick and Andy at the mile so from here on out I just tried to hold on for dear life. Died at the 2nd mile where I was like 7 min ish then just gutted out the last mile. Overall I did ok around where I thought I would be for my first time back. Good reference point for next time I race and defiinately excited that I am back to racing.
