Before the race started Andy talked about me not going out too fast. Sure enough when the gun went off I went out to fast running a 73 for my first quarter. The 2nd lap was ok it felt a lot better thatn my 2nd lap last weekend at Wisconsin Lutheran, I felt like I had a good pickup for my last quarter and I tried to catch the guy in front of me and very nearly did at the end. Overall I cant complain with my time of 4:51 which is a 7 second pr I t hink if I concentrate on going out more conservatively and stying consistant with the first 2 quarters and then giving it everything I have left in the end I should be good
