So yeah, Sarah wasn't there, so I made my own workout, and it was a pretty pansy workout since I was just so physically exhausted that I couldn't even get through half of the stuff with proper form. So yeah. I did however get to 6:35 on the balance board, which was pretty cool.

Bleh. Stuff isn't right at all. Like, my muscles burned and I got out of breath just sitting on an exercise bike for 10 minutes. It was horrible.
