Had a lot clogging my head today. And I was tired. And it was sooooo windy. So I just stopped after 6. Running 800s is not just something I can motivate myself to do by myself if it's incredibly windy and I'm not focused anyway.
I know I can run 10 800s at a 3:40 pace. Because I can run 6 of them at like a 3:27 pace. And who knows how much faster I would have been if there hadn't been like a steady wind of like 5 mph with gusts of like 20. So yeah, I feel bad about not finishing the intended workout, but honestly, it was relatively pointless. And besides, I hate 800s, and I hate running around in circles, and my shins were hurting. So yeah.
