Once again, I don't really remember a whole lot, except for the fact that it was essentially all core, and a little upper body. Started with 10 minutes on the bike, since someone else was using the elliptical :(. Yeah, I need to start writing this down as I'm doing it because I really don't remember everything that I do, but I know I'm doing way more than I'm typing in, but it bothers me that I can't remember it. Grrrrr. There was something that really made my hip hurt that I had to stop, but I don't remember what it was. Geeez. I need to be more focused.
