Notes
So yeah. It was cold and rainy and ewy outside, so after doing a miracle mile, everyone headed inside. We ran HHHH outside loop HHHH outside loop HHHH SPRINTS 10-10-9-9-8-8-7-7-6-6-5-5-4-4 pushups. So yeah. All that = ouch on knees and hips. But oh well. It was fun to run with other people and not be the complete slowest person. It kind of surprised me how I could be faster than people who killed me in XC towards the end of the season, and it's only been like three weeks, and I haven't even really done much. Maybe the iron really is starting to help. But oh well. I'm not really interested in being fast anymore, I'm just content with running, and not having to take mass amounts of ibuprofen every day. Like, I still get sore, but it subsides. And it's not persistent. So maybe it'll go away, sort of. Eventually.
