Notes
Brrrr. Chilly. So I went running at the Patuxent Research Refuge because people from my church went hiking there and I just wanted to be alone, so I went running instead, and it was nice. I love running in the rain, and I love trail running, so it was nice. I even saw a deer, and canada geese were constantly flying overhead. It was just really really peaceful. I was kind of sad that I was only allowed to run four miles, because I could have just kept going. But I figured I'm probably not going to have time to run tomorrow because I have so much homework, and then I go to the doctor on Monday and I haven't healed, because I'm still very stiff and in pain regardless of everything, so I'm probably going to be faced with cortisone injections and/or surgery. But I've sort of resigned myself, so hopefully I won't be too upset on Monday. Hopefully. But I just wanted to get one last run in, and it was a good one indeed.
