Notes

Did a lot of stuff, a lot of arm stuff, and them was doing leg/ab stuff and pulled my hamstring. So that pretty much sucked. And then when I was doing lunges, I tripped and fell on my knee, so now I have this bruise right on my kneecap and it hurts really bad. Oy vey. But yeah, that's pretty much it, I don't remember a whole lot. It was Wednesday, and today is Saturday.
