I am definitely not used to the heat. Not at all. Or maybe it's the humidity. Or maybe it's being dehydrated from sitting in the 90 degree gymnasium for two hours last night. But I was definitely not prepared for a run in the heat today. Good lord. I thought I was going to die. But I did it. And that's what counts.
