IT WAS SO INCREDIBLY HOT TODAY!!!!!!
It's funny to think that we can run XC in 90 degrees and think the weather's nice, but then the first 80 degree day we get, we all feel like dying. Haha. How fun.
But yeah, it was okay, sort of ran with the JV boys, because they were going at much less than a conversational pace, so I figured, hey why not, I do not care about the meet tomorrow in the least, so why not get a good workout in. So I tried to work sort of hard. Which is funny, because no one else shared those sentiments.
Patrick: "Oh my gosh, why are we speeding up, this is so much harder than 60%!!"
Me: "Dude, it's an 8 minute pace."
