So....89 degrees with a heat index of 101 AFTER the sun has set? WTF??!! This state has gone to hell in a handbag since I left, based on the weather.
So had a terrible run, based on the fact that a) I am not used to heat like this and quite frankly just can't deal with it, and b) didn't wait long enough after eating to run (I waited 2.5 hours instead of 3, apparently that's not good enough). So after about 10 minutes, I was just ready to vomit. On the upside, I am not in the least bit tired, so I guess that's saying something for my physical fitness, which is nice.
