Notes
So yeah. I meant to take today pretty easy, but uh, didn't turn out that way. I mean, I didn't make a concerted effort to run hard or anything, it just sort of happened that way, but yeah, I'm not complaining. But I felt a lot better today than I thought I would in terms of muscle soreness, about the only thing I noticed was that my upper quads were kind of tight, but after stretching it wasn't too bad. So yep.
The shin hurt right when I started, but the pain subsided until I got back into the school where it was warm, and then it hurt like a bizotch, and still does. So I'm going to take some ice to it. But yeah. I really it would just go away like usual, but no, it won't, probably because I ran like, a billion miles on it. But yeah. Okay, that's all.
Oh, and yeah, now I only have eight and a half toenails. Yippeee.
