So I wanted to see if I could go for an easy run, just because pretty much everything I've done has been 8:20 paced or faster, so I wanted to reign it back in a little bit. So I had a nice run, was a little rushed for time, but oh well. It was also very windy, especially over ther bridge, so that served to slow me down quite a bit.
