Notes

Ran a fast mile on the treadmill to warm up, then worked out some. I did a hallway of lunges with 8-lb weight twists, and I could definitely feel it burning. Then I did some free weights work for my arms and shoulders. I finished up with like 100 crunches on the exercise ball, and then I had to run back to get to work in time. Having only 30 minutes a day to work out is hard.
