Went on a run on the treadmill. It was really, really nice. I was going to run earlier today, but my mom was here and she's just so annoying. I figured out what I need to run well. My mother. Without her constantly nagging me, I have no angst to pour into running. After only four days of misery, I had a great run. Must have been my inspiration all those years.
