Notes
I was going to get up early and run like 6 miles. But I was too tired. So I decided not to run at all. And then I felt guilty and decided to go for a short run. So I ran like 2.5 miles. Sort of pathetic, but whatever. I'm tired, and I have a softball game tonight. And I have to do laundry and make massive amounts of potato salad after work, so I need my energy.
