Woke up early and went running on the beach in front of the house. It was AMAZING!!! Meg and I ran about a 10-ish minute mile on the beach with Jess and Em, and then decided to race back to the house, but ended up running together, because i had the watch, but we ran like a 7:36ish mile. It was a good workout. But running on the beach at sunrise is so awesome!
